Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account or by contacting support.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date.
- After cancellation, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan; certain features and data retention may be limited.
Refunds
- As a digital SaaS service, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods once a charge has been processed.
- We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in cases of duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or where required by applicable law.
- Trials and promotional credits, if offered, are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@genbook.ai with your account email, invoice ID, and a brief description of the issue.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted with the new "Effective" date.
