GENBOOK.AI is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not ship any physical products. All services and entitlements are delivered electronically through your account.

1. Delivery & Activation Timelines

Free Plan: Accounts are created immediately after successful email verification.
Paid Subscriptions: Activated instantly upon successful payment authorization via our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). In most cases, access is granted within a few minutes.
Manual Review: In rare cases, compliance or risk checks may delay activation. If additional verification is required, we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery of Communications

All receipts, invoices, and onboarding details are delivered to your registered email address.
Please ensure that emails from @genbook.ai are whitelisted, and check spam/junk folders if you do not see them.

3. Service Availability & Geography

Our services are accessible online 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages.
We currently serve customers globally, subject to applicable export laws and local regulations.

4. Support & Response SLAs

For activation or delivery-related issues, our support team typically:

Acknowledges requests within 1 business day, and
Resolves most issues within 2–3 business days.
